- From 1 April to 11 November: open 7 days a week, from 10:00 am to 6:30 pm, continuously.
- During the Christmas school holidays: open 7 days a week, from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm, continuously, except on 25 December and 1 January.
- During the February school holidays (Zones B and C): open 7 days a week, from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm, continuously.

The average visit lasts approximately 1 hour 30 minutes. Please note that the last admissions to the museum are 1 hour 30 minutes before closing time.
The museum is self-guided, and all content is available in 3 languages: French, English and German. We also provide translation booklets in Spanish and Italian.

Given the nature of the building (a 1942 bunker), 4 of the museum’s 5 floors are accessible only by stairs.
For visitors with reduced mobility, only one floor is accessible without stairs; the rest of the museum can be explored through a virtual tour available at reception.
Vehicle access
our car park has two spaces for coaches and 50 spaces for individual visitors.
Bike access
at reception, we provide around ten bicycle parking spaces for visitors.
The museum has a souvenir shop, including the souvenir book available in 3 languages (French, English and German).
