Summer 1995:
I am with my grandparents as they clear out their attic. They throw away a camouflage shelter half, which I quickly retrieve. After asking many questions, I learn that it belonged to my great-grandfather, a former colonial infantryman who joined the Resistance in Lannilis in 1943.
I am 13 years old, and from that day on, I travel around the region meeting people who witnessed this war, in order to preserve their memories. Soon, my brother Clément joins me, and for 20 years we collect hundreds of testimonies and thousands of objects.

At the beginning of 2016,
it was time to make a long-held dream come true:
renovate this bunker and turn it into a museum. A museum where visitors could experience for themselves the pleasure we had in meeting all these witnesses, hearing all these emotion-filled anecdotes…
